Angel of Alms helps homeless women, men, teens and everyone in between by providing hygiene items. Personal health, wellbeing is important as well as all other needs. (soon to include socks/ or other foot protection and sustainable food packs). Proceeds receieved from your donation of a ~Prayer Rock~ or other items will go towards ~Angel of Alms~ mission of helping those who need assistance. You can choose to donate monetarily or donate for an item of your choice...Upon your donation your item will be mailed to you at no cost for shipping. If it's a ~Prayer Rock~ It will include a prayer card leaflet, a wonderful cross key chain, one 'cloth' prayer bracelet and a burlap bag for storage.

~Angel of Alms~ provides hygiene items to homeless women, teens, men and everyone in between. We understand it may seem like basic needs to someone who has access to these items but it's not always easy to get the simple essentials you need if you're homeless.
♥We provide a travel size bag with the basics inside such as a toothbrush/toothpaste, soap, hand towel, feminine hygiene essentials, rinse free bathing wipes, shampoo & conditioner, hand sanitizer, deoderant and other helpful essential items. (Soon to include slip on socks with rubber sole, healthy granola bars and dried fruits and nuts).
♦♦We also provide a pamphlet with information on how to contact homeless shelters in their area that can provide other needs such as showers, meals, and a place to sleep...There is information on other agencies that can assist with monthly food assistance, and many other health services in their area they need to get help.

♦My Story♦
There was a point in my life when I went through a really hard time, I wasn't sure I'd make it through. Life can change in an instant. It was a really bad time in my life with no support or help for a long while. To stay strong and make it through my hardship, I prayed and kept my faith in God. A Psalm I'd pray is PSALM 18:2 "God Is My Rock and My Fortress"
When you see a rock you may think it's "just a rock"...A plain rock nothing special some would think. When I see a rock...I realize the strength the rock has and the beauty rocks hold. Especially in such places like the Grand Canyon. The rocks there are strong, beautiful and majestic and have stood the test of time. When I hold a rock in my hand I always think of my favorite bible Psalm 18:2. One day I was walking and found a rock that was plain but something about it made me pick it up and keep it. One day I knelt down to pray holding this rock, this 'symbol' of strength in my hands... I called it My 'Prayer Rock'. I seemed to feel it's strength as I prayed holding the rock, it was strength I needed.
I felt I was holding God's hand and feeling the strength he wanted me to have during the hard time I was going through. A rock has the strength to endure. That's how the ~Prayer Rock~ came to be...and in time it may wear... but it will always hold strength to endure through the test of time and weather any storm that comes it's way. I felt God was trying to tell me that I can endure this hardship and this too shall pass. With my faith and with God I made it through my trials. Homelessness is something no one should ever have to experience. I wanted to share a part of my own story with all of you and let you know why I decided to make these special ~Prayer Rocks~ Although it's only a symbol...I hope you feel the 'strength' that I've found when I use my ~Prayer Rock~ to pray.
